Returns:

All returns must be postmarked within thirty (30) days of the purchase day. All returned items must be in new or unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.

Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charge. We strongly recementthat you use a trackable method to mail your return.

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will proceed your return or exchange. Please allow at least one to three (1-3) working days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. We will notify you by email or phone call when you return has been processed

Refunds:

Full refund can be made within fourteen (14) days; if the product is returned in original condition.

Damaged product or product with damaged packaging

Cancelation:

If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us directly via email at panoramic@cytanet.com.cy referencing your order number. Once we process the cancelation your payment will be refunded into your account. 

Once we receive and evaluate your cancellation request, we will confirm this cancellation via email.

Please note:

You cannot cancel your order if the goods that you have ordered are perishable goods or if the product is personalised or custom made to your requirements.
